RATES

• The lowest internet rates are only available for bookings made through www.duolegianhotelbali.com.
• Rates are in Indonesian Rupiah, and billing will be processed in Indonesian Rupiah. Room rates are inclusive of taxes and service charges unless otherwise specified. Unless otherwise specified, the prices indicated are per room for the number of people and the date(s) selected.
• Additional services (extra person, airport transfer, babysitting, lunch/dinner, etc.) are optional unless specifically selected as part of the booking. Room rates are inclusive of breakfast unless otherwise specified.
• Special group rates are available. Please contact gm@duolegianhotelbali.com.
• The group rate is applicable for a reservation of a minimum of 10 rooms per period.
• Rates may change without prior notice.

 

ADDITIONAL CHARGES

• An extra bed charge will apply for an additional person above 6 years in a room, above the number specified in the room description.
• Please note that a maximum of one extra bed is allowed in each room.

 

RESERVATION

• We recommend online reservation via our website www.duolegianhotelbali.com as the fastest and most secure method of booking. You will get instant confirmation & security.
• All reservation inquiries will be replied to within 24 hours.

AMENDING A RESERVATION

Reservations can be changed with prior notice, subject to room availability. Please contact info@duolegianhotelbali.com.

 

GUARANTEE RESERVATION

• A copy of proof of payment will be required and can be emailed to info@duolegianhotelbali.com or sent via WhatsApp to our reservation at +6287890909541.
• In the unlikely event of an overbooking or any unforeseen circumstances, the hotel will attempt to accommodate guests, at our expense, at a comparable hotel in the area and will pay for transportation to that hotel.

 

CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT

• Check-in time is 02:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM. You can deposit your luggage with us and enjoy the hotel facilities. A late check-out lounge with a shower is available near the lobby area.
• If you wish to keep your room after the respective check-out time, please contact your guest relations officer (GRO), who will inform you about the additional charges.
  • Late check-out till 4:00 PM + IDR 150,000 (Superior room; other room types additional)
  • Late check-out till 6:00 PM + IDR 250,000 (Superior room; other room types additional)
  • After 6:00 PM, a full charge applies (like the night before and based on availability).
• Early check-in depends on room availability and cannot be guaranteed.
• For early check-in or late check-out, additional charges apply. Please contact us via WhatsApp for more information.

 

CANCELLATION, NO SHOW, AND EARLY DEPARTURE

• If you fail to arrive on the specified date or cancel a booking within 6 days before arrival, you will be charged the first night’s room rate. The remaining balance will be refunded.
• For cancellations requested more than 6 days in advance, we will refund your payment or deposit. Refunds normally take approximately 14 working days.
• A minimum 1-night deposit via bank transfer is required to guarantee a reservation. Cancellations requested at least one week in advance will receive a full refund. However, for cancellations made within one week of arrival, the first night’s deposit will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be refunded.

 

CHILDREN POLICY

• The maximum number of children sharing a room with parents is one unless otherwise specified.
• Duo Legian Hotel will charge for an extra bed for children aged 6 to 12.
• Extra bed and breakfast for children under 6 years old are free.
• Children are classified up to the age of 12 years old.
• Infants or children under 6 years old stay for free when sharing a bed with parents.

 

EXTRA BED POLICY

A maximum of one extra bed is allowed in Superior and Deluxe rooms, while Family rooms can accommodate up to two extra beds.
